Privacy notice
This website and the free Leak Check collect nothing about you. Last updated October 16, 2026.
Who we are
Renewvane is run by a sole proprietor in California, USA. You can reach us at hello@renewvane.com.
What this notice covers
This notice covers this website, renewvane.com, including the free Leak Check, the leak calculator and the blog. The paid recovery service, which would connect to a Stripe account, is not open yet. A full privacy policy for it will be published before it opens.
What this website collects
Nothing. There are no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no accounts and no forms that send anything to us. Every page loads its fonts, styles and scripts from this website only, with no requests to other companies.
The Leak Check and the calculator do their math in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us or anyone else, not stored, and not put in the page address.
What is stored in your browser
Only one thing: if you press the light or dark mode button, your browser remembers that choice (the key rof-theme in local storage) so the next page uses it. It is never sent to us. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Our web host
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare's privacy policy calls this information "Customer Logs" and says "Cloudflare is a data processor of Customer Logs". Cloudflare's terms for processing data on behalf of its customers are in its data processing addendum. We do not add any analytics of our own and do not use this information to identify or follow visitors.
If you email us
If you write to hello@renewvane.com, we use your email address and what you wrote only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with anyone except the provider that hosts our mailbox. Please do not send numbers you would rather keep private, and never send a Stripe key. Ask us any time and we will delete your messages.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions: hello@renewvane.com.
